Rasheeda Frost appears to be filling out in all of the right places.

In the video, Frost showed off her petite physique and jazzy fashion style to her eight million IG followers. She wrote in her caption, “Acting up with @spiceofficial she’s filming this video” 🤣🤣 But I’m really doing a promo promoting this cute ass Bling & Pearl cardigan from #pressed 😂”

Although a number of fans complimented her fashion sense, others focused on her apparent curvy physique.

“Sheeda is getting thick 😍. One of the most beautiful ladies in the A 🔥”

“Come on then hips 👀”

“You’re eating good sis all that food @frostbistro 😂”

Along with being a fashionista and reality television star, Frost is also gym rat.

The mother of two believes in incorporating fitness into her daily lifestyle to stay fit and active. During an interview with OK magazine in 2017, she gave her IG followers some of her top tips to stay in shape.

“Doing a nice 30-45 minute workout that includes cardio, some light-weight work, and I’m always working on my core,” she said.

Seeing as Frost trains her core quite a bit, she advised fans to train their abs “two to three times a week.”

“Don’t do ab exercises every day, your ab muscles are just like any other muscle in your body and need rest and recovery,” she continued. “It’s only during rest that your muscles build and overdoing it will not help.”

The “LHHATL” also recommended people maintain a lean diet to stay in shape.

“It’s very important to eat small meals every three hours with lean protein at each meal,” she added. ” No sugar or alcohol.  Do not eat condiments because they are high in salt, which will leave you bloated and super puffy. … You should have more potassium, such as tomatoes, bananas, salmon, almonds, and cherries.”
