It was Tamar Braxton’s boyfriend’s special day Tuesday, but a fan of the singer’s pulled the attention away from him and onto his girlfriend.
David Adefeso is celebrating his birthday this week, and it was a Taco Tuesday filled with tons of guests at a gathering on Nov. 19. The financial services firm CEO posted a video on his Instagram page a day later on Wednesday.

The footage of Braxton lovingly smooching her man after a toast made fans’ collective hearts fly.

But one fan felt the couple should go ahead and make things official.

A month ago, fans were almost positive that Adefeso was going to get on bended knee and pop the question to his girlfriend.
“Me and my soon-to-be brother-in-law @vonscales just arrived @thedungeontour with @mario_shaft. Gotta supervise these ladies🤣🤣. Heard things are about to get craaaaaaazy up in here💃🏼😉🕺🏾😉,” Adefeso wrote in a caption of a photo with Trina Braxton’s fiancé Von Scales and friend Mario Shaft. They were about to catch Tamar perform in a burlesque show in Atlanta.
But Adefeso’s word choice led fans to speculate a proposal was on the way. Still, it has yet to materialize.
