It looks “Love and Hip Hop” actress Alexis Skyy is trading in some of her “long hair don’t care” signature looks for bold new cuts.
The television personality has been switching up her hairstyles quite frequently this year and leaving her fans stumped. On Wednesday, she took to Instagram and posted a series of pictures debuting her sandy blond ombre bob styled by celebrity hair maven Arrogant Tae.
She complemented her new cut with a glam makeup look that included a bold lash and a soft pink lipstick. For her attire, Skyy rocked a black high-waisted leather skirt and a newspaper-print bodysuit with the word “extra” adorned it. Clearly tooting her own horn, she model captioned her post “EXTRAAAA.”
In a separate photo, Skyy gave fans a better glimpse of her shoulder-length hairstyle when she posed on top of a black styling chair. She racked up more than 94,000 hearts on her post and a shower of fan comments.
“So freaking pretty😍💕 you look like a walking barbie. Okayyyy we see ya suhh”
“Sis can do no wrong 🤤 she’s a bad bad ting. This hair is everything 😍🔥”
” Yassss baby 😍 you look beautiful baby girl this is your look”
“Get into this look 😍😘❤️ yasss this is fire ma you bad to the bone luv this”
In late August, the 25-year-old decided to do away with the long weaves and cut her hair short into a tapered pixie hairdo.
Her new look came as a shock to fans, considering that she’s known for wearing long weaves and wigs. Skyy’s then-boyfriend, rapper Trouble, suggested he was the reason why the mother of one decided to chop off her hair.
“Told ace how much I love confident women with short hair instead of them colors everyBody else Be doing an what she go do, cut her hair for papi!” he wrote, attaching an image of Skyy’s impromptu photo shoot outside. “I gotta say I definitely appreciate you trusting me though. S–t look toooooo good on you! #thugluv”
Skyy recently confirmed she and Trouble officially called it quits after folks speculated they’d broken up for a second time.
“Mfs confused still or sum I’m single af,” she wrote on Nov. 4.
It’s unclear why they called it quits, but the rapper was accused of cheating on Skyy in September after a video supposedly depicting him kissing another woman surfaced. The pair never addressed the allegations but broke up shortly after the scandal.
