Roman is stepping into a new chapter of her life after confirming her exit from “Basketball Wives” in September. The outspoken mom of two joined the show in its second season and has become a fan favorite over the years.

“I’m in a different head space in my life right now,” Roman said in an adieu to the Vh1 series. β€œAnd I really want to try to live my life as close to black excellence as I can. I have been around these girls since 2010 and I think it’s time for me to move on.”

“We’ve laughed, we have cried,” she added. “They have supported me in my endeavors and I have supported them. I have been at the forefront of some of the most BS moments in history, and I wanna do better because I know to do better. It’s been nine years, it’s been a good run.”
