Former “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Joseline Hernandez is clearly head over heels in love with her significant other DJ Balistics Beats. After calling it quits with ex-fiancé Stevie J. in 2016 and allegedly dating Tory Lanez, the self-proclaimed “Puerto Rican Princess” has seemingly found love again with Beats. Here are five things to know about Hernandez’s new boo.
He’s Been Dating Hernandez Since April
The couple went public with their relationship on April 7 with an intimate video of her kissing him and with the caption “He knows i love him.” Beats also uploaded a spicy photo of the 32-year-old mother to his IG page and added the hashtags “#wcw, #shetreatmelikeaking #live #love.”
It’s unclear how long the pair were dating before confirming their relationship status this year.
He’s a Notable Music Producer
Beats is apparently a big-time music producer and has worked with quite a few big name celebrities like Tamar Braxton and fellow producer Prince Charles.
Besides his darling “Puerto Rican Princess,” the Miami-based DJ also worked with “Empire” actor Serayah on her single “Driving Me,” along with music mogul Jazzy Pha, according to Instagram.
They’re Engaged
That’s right! Beats and Hernandez are officially slated to tie the knot. Engagement rumors surrounded the couple when fans noticed a huge rock on the “Church” rapper’s left ring finger, but neither addressed fans’ speculations.
However, as of Sept. 11, Beats confirmed via Instagram he was engaged to the “LHHATL” alumna by posting a sweet text message she sent him for his birthday with the signature “Your fiancé.” He added in his caption “Very Blessed and Highly Favored! Thank you my Love @joseline”
No other details about their engagement are known at this time.
He’s a Philadelphia Native
Beats is originally from Philadelphia and apparently moved to Miami later on in life. He and Hernandez recently visited his mother and siblings while in The City of Brotherly Love, a visit she noted with an IG post she captioned “Family Wine Mom My ❤️.”
Although Philly is where Beats is from, he still refers to the Sunshine State as home.
He and Hernandez Are Slated to Appear on ‘Marriage Boot Camp’
In July, reports claimed Beats and Hernandez were set to appear on season 15 of “Marriage Boot Camp.” The We TV reality series revolves around five celebrity couples from a variety of reality shows who struggle with saving their marriages or relationships.
Specifics about the cast or premiere date of “MBC” have yet to be released, and the couple’s rumored appearance on the show has yet to be confirmed by them personally or We TV officials.
