Phaedra Parks has been reminiscing about warm days on an island last week, and a photo she shared of her time in the sun had fans giddy.
The former star of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” uploaded an image to her Instagram page Thursday appearing to pose on a boat as the ocean breeze whipped her hair around her.
“God sometimes takes us into troubled waters not to drown us but to cleanse us. #TBT #Maui #sunset 🌦” Parks captioned the throwback pic from her Hawaiian vacation that she posted on Sept. 5.
The caption may have been relatively simple, but the star’s sun-kissed look in the colorful and printed one-piece that showed off her legs led fans to share tons of compliments.

When the ex-reality star posed in a mesh swimsuit cover-up dress, fans sang her praises.

In the two years since Parks got the boot from “RHOA,” her supporters have remained as interested as ever in her life. Recently, a fan tweeted a poll asking “RHOA” viewers to decide who had the best comebacks and shade. As Parks’ name cropped up, fans soon began tagging the long-running show’s producer Andy Cohen in hopes that he would welcome her back to the show.
Parks herself has previously not ruled out returning to the series but has simultaneously maintained she’s moved past the gig.
“I never say never to any opportunities, but I had a good run and you know, I’m very happy right now,” she told the Daily Mail earlier this summer.
