It seems social media users aren’t here for Alexis Skyy‘s recent fashion choices.
The “Love and Hip Hop: New York” star apparently committed a fashion faux pas this week when she decided to feature herself rocking a pair of Fila sneakers with one of her ensembles. She took to Instagram on Wednesday and posted a photo of herself apparently taken a few weeks ago, when she had dyed her hair ginger.
The image showed the 25-year-old mother sexily posing in a crouch while wearing a white crop top that revealed her lower breasts and stomach as she wore little else but black panties, a green bomber jacket and a pair of white Filas. She accessorized her look with a rope necklace, earrings, and adopted a full glammed makeup look.
Skyy captioned her post “And you bitches thinkin’ that you competition, come and get me. Director @rolandbanks.”
Although her photo drummed up over 71,000 likes, some folks claimed the star committed a fashion no with her shoes.
“Pls take off the FILAS I hate em🤷🏽♀️ them s–ts retired”
“I just don’t understand why you ain’t get no other white shoe 😫 shoot the stylist!”
“NFS you deadass fire and I deadass love you but take those ibuprofen 500 mgs off ya feet sis hate those sh–s 🤣”
Skyy is no stranger to criticism. She received quite a bit of backlash in April for what some deemed as her enhancing her physical appearance, specifically the bottom half of her body. She was spotted at the Jamaican Carnival wearing a skimpy samba costume.
More than a few fans called her out on her seemingly curvier physique, accusing her of getting plastic surgery.
One fan even wrote, “She’s a beautiful woman. Shes ruining herself with the surgeries.”
The “LHHNY” actress addressed the cosmetic surgery assumptions then and claimed she had only gained weight, writing, “No I just gained weight … trying to loose it 😩.”
Despite the number of negative comments Skyy receives on her posts, several fans still shower her with support.
” I don’t care nobody f–king with A Skyy…beautiful lady👍,” a fan commented on a post on August 27.
Another added, “You’re cute all the time and you seem like such a sweet person!!! 😍😍”
