‘What Happened’: Rasheeda Frost Fans Less Than Enthused By Recent ‘Tacky’ Get-Up

Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Rasheeda Frost is often praised for her eccentric sartorial sense, but this week fans claimed she committed an absolute fashion don’t.

The reality actress showed off one of her “mommy” go-to outfits, but people simply just weren’t rocking with her style. She took to Instagram Wednesday afternoon and posted a photo of herself camera-ready while perched on a couch. She was photographed wearing a black plaid, multi-colored shirt dress and chunky white platform sneakers.

She accessorized her look with a few bangles, oversized black sunglasses and a red and yellow $3,775 Louis Vuitton purse. Frost also complemented her ensemble with a short platinum blond bob and a nude lipstick. She captioned her photo “mommy swag.”

Her fashion post, however, sadly disappointed social media users who were unimpressed with her look.

“Wat is this look today šŸ˜•”

“Sis this look is tacky”

“What happened today šŸ‘€”

Frost didn’t address critics, but some of her fans made it a point to fire back.

“It’s called setting trends and not following them. Get with it! šŸ¤¦šŸ½” one person exclaimed.

Another commented, “And it’s called style and fashion.. Oop!”

The 37-year-old serial entrepreneur seemingly takes pride in having a distinctive fashion style and doesnā€™t conform to fashion norms.

“My personal style is tomboy chic with an extra edge to it,” she told Foot Wear News in 2017. “Iā€™m not a girly girl, so itā€™s more of a relaxed tomboy type of swag.”

Although her love for fashion first stemmed from her rap career, which she took a step back from in 2016, she said over the years her style sense has evolved quite a bit.

“I think as Iā€™m getting older, Iā€™m just more comfortable with who I am and I know the things that I like, and I never try to reach,” she said. “I never try to let clothes wear me. I always try to do my own thing. I realize that more now that Iā€™m older than I did before because [there were] times I used to say, ‘I want to wear that,ā€™ just because I saw it. I donā€™t think like that anymore ā€” I just get what I like.”

The mother of two and wife of “LHHATL” actor Kirk Frost, currently owns two Pressed clothing stores, one in Atlanta and the other in Houston.
