The 38-year-old mother of two’s parole sentence is slated to end on August 1.

In 2014, Remy was released from prison after serving six years behind bars in connection to a 2007 shooting. She was convicted of shooting a longtime friend in a beef over money.

Since getting out from behind bars, the “Conceited” rapper has been making major moves in the music industry and scored a top-charting record with her song “All the Way Up” in 2016, just two years after her release. She also welcomed infant daughter Reminisce Mackenzie Mackie with her husband Papoose Mackie in December 2018.

As for her physical assault case filed by Taylor, Remy maintains her innocence. She was accused of sucker-punching the “LHHNY” co-star in the eye during the Pretty Lou Benefit Concert at Irving Plaza in April. If a court finds she did indeed assault Taylor and was in violation of her parole, she could be facing additional time behind bars.
