‘That Damn Outfit’: Fans Clown Tiny Harris’ For Wearing ‘Too Many Clothes’ in Summer Heat

Some celebrities just don’t know how to dress for the summer heat, and it seems R&B singer Tiny Harris is one of them.

The Xscape singer rhetorically sounded off about Atlanta’s scorching temperatures in a recent post and it backfired, to say the least. She took to her Instagram feed Thursday night and posted a photo of herself stepping outside of her Atlanta home with her hair in curly ringlets. Due to her versatile hairstyles, Harris said she’s considering starting her own hair line just moments after complaining about the heat.

“Damn it’s hot af…or is it just me,” she wrote in her photo caption. ” 🤪 thinking bout starting my own hair line. Switching it up..is my thing!! #MessyHairLook #GetUpNGoLook #CantKeepAHairStyleAroundTheMr 👑♋️.”

But fans were stuck on Harris’ first sentence, especially since she was wearing a tank top, a long-sleeve top, white jeans and sneakers.

“Well you got on too many clothes sis maybe that’s why it’s hot 😂🤷.”

“Ummm yoou have on a sweater and jeans… prolly a lil bit of both.”

“Yeah it’s definitely hot when your wearing a long sleeve shirt, lol 🤣.”

“It’s that damn outfit Tiny that’s making u hot 😆 but I would be here for ur hair line n more music.”

Creating a new hair line could be a new business the 43-year-old mother of four tries, but in the meantime she’s also been in the studio creating new music for her fans.

After being a songwriter and singer with group Xscape for more than 25 years, she’s decided to branch off on her own and work on her first solo project, which is based on her alter ego “Ryder.” She released her latest single “I F—in Love U” in late May and finished up her EP last month. During a listening party in April, she explained why she wanted to release her solo project.

“Sometimes its harder to branch out from what they [the fans] know,” Harris said. “I thought, maybe if I create something different with this new music, maybe they’ll get into it.”
