Not having to rush and get a summer figure together, Evelyn Lozada is always primed for showing off her fit body. The star of VH1’s “Basketball Wives” put it on display Tuesday, and the sight of it had fans rethinking what they’re consuming at mealtime.
“Hot girl summer 😜😎 #10PointsForTheLadies,” Lozada captioned the photo of her lounging by the pool at the day/night club KAOS Vegas. The sunglasses-clad star posed in a skimpy black monokini that showed off her rock-hard abs, a peek of underboob and her firm thighs.
Seeing how taut the reality TV star’s abs are, fans couldn’t help but reconsider how they were treating their own bodies.
“I gotta stay away from the Popeye’s chicken sandwich after looking at this🤦🏾♀️😁”
“Mannnn let me go eat this salad! 😂❤️”
“I’m was thinking about what to eat for dinner … now I’m just thinking about water and air for dinner 😫🤣 ❤️”
Others felt inspired to go hard in the gym.
“Not for nothing but her body is crazy dope…holy shit..work it Mother of two kids 🙌🏼…I need to hit that gym thou 😂”
“Everytime I see pictures of you like this I think I should hit the gym asap… but I’m too lazy🤷🏿♀️”
Lozada has long kept up a fitness regime that means she’s always ready to sport a bikini or other skin-bearing swimwear.
The star remarked on just that in the caption of a swimsuit-clad pic she posted to Instagram in May.
“SUMMER BODIES ARE MADE IN THE WINTER 😎” she said.
It was during that season that Lozada decided to take part in the Results in 28 Days Challenge. Using the Gee Bryant-pioneered program, the star could train without the use of gym equipment. To keep up her muscled physique, the star used workouts like the Spiderman and planks.
Even before then, when the mom of two welcomed her youngest child, son Leo Crawford in 2014, she told ABC News of the importance of getting in shape.
“I have been sleep-deprived lately, and going to the gym can be hectic when you have no time in your schedule,” she explained to the outlet of how hitting the gym, eating well and taking supplements assisted her in dropping the extra 30 pregnancy pounds in seven weeks. “But, on the days that I do have a moment, I do a ton of cardio, weight training — which I love — and hiking.”
