Evelyn Lozada Shares Her Secret to Flawless Hair But Fans Just Want to Know How to Get Her Abs

Evelyn Lozada has clearly taken her fitness regimen to new heights. The “Basketball Wives” star on Thursday made an Instagram post about her curly tresses but fans were focused on her tight abs instead.

“I know @Mahisha_Dellinger said her new @Curls #cashmereandcaviarcollection line was for kinky curly hair…but I couldn’t resist!!! My curls last much longer when I use this product and its very moisturizing. #notfortheaveragecurly #target #curls,” she wrote in the paid partnership postΒ of the product she used to obtain her look.

Some fans were impressed with how defined her curls were.

“I love when her hair is in curls.”

“Hair goals.”

“Your hair is amazing.”

But many others were just stunned by her toned physique and wanted to learn Lozada’s ways.

There’s no denying that Lozada has a penchant for getting her body into gear.

Just seven weeks after giving birth to her now-4-year-old son Carl Leo, Lozada dropped 30 pounds.

“I have been sleep-deprived lately and going to the gym can be hectic when you have no time in your schedule,” she told ABC News in 2014 about how working out, dieting and supplements helped her shed the post-partum weight. “But, on the days that I do have a moment, I do a ton of cardio, weight training β€” which I love β€” and hiking.”

She also admitted to doing her own fitness routines, which she showcased on the DVD, “Real Fit Female With Evelyn Lozada.” The reality star has also shared some of her routines on Instagram and on her website. One post on, called “super-ab workout to flatten your tummy,” includes the key to getting abs like hers.
