After Porsha Williams sent fans into a tizzy earlier this week when she unfollowed fiancé Dennis McKinley on Instagram, the star is making it plain she and her man are together.
“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star on Wednesday uploaded a boomerang video of her and McKinley’s baby girl, Pilar Jhena’, to her Instagram Story.
As the 2-month-old wriggled around on the screen, she wore a onesie that ended any speculation that Williams has ended her engagement with McKinley.
“Mom’s Taken But my Aunt is Cute and Single,” the outfit read. Williams put a caption across Pilar’s legs that said “Dance machine,” which allowed her followers to read the message on PJ’s onesie.
The post came after Williams resumed following her fiancé on Instagram after spending several days scrubbing him from her timeline. Williams’ mother, Ms. Diane, and sister Lauren Williams also unfollowed McKinley for the time period. They have not followed McKinley since.
Adding to speculation that the couple had called it quits was the lack of the massive engagement ring Porsha got from her man last year. A photo of the “RHOA” star holding Pilar next to pal and castmate Shamea Morton had fans thinking Porsha would not make it down the aisle with The Original Hot Dog Factory owner.
“So no one peeped her missing ring ?” one fan remarked.
McKinley and his fiancée have not had the easiest journey to becoming man and wife by the end of the year. When Porsha first disclosed to her “RHOA” co-stars that she was dating McKinley, Kandi Burruss dished that she knew of women the businessman had been dating while he and Porsha were supposed to be exclusive. Burruss also said he had a habit of tattooing girlfriends’ names on him. One of his exes even shares his daughter’s name: Pilar.
Then after the couple got engaged, tensions erupted over their housing. McKinley wanted to move out of Porsha’s suburban Atlanta home and into the city. However, Porsha, having been burned by her ex-husband and later purchasing the Duluth mansion on her own, was hesitant to up and leave. Still, the couple appeared to agree to remain in the home for two more years. As such, McKinley moved his clothes from the basement and into the master bedroom closet. Whether or not he finally agreed to sign a rental agreement to live in the home is uncertain.
