Porsha Williams Giving Baby PJ a Bath Has Fans’ Hearts Fluttering: ‘She’s Perfect’

Porsha Williams and her adorable 7-week-old daughter seem to be the talk of social media.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star and her fiance Dennis McKinley welcomed their new bundle of joy Pilar in March and clearly have been busy with new parent duties.

On Friday afternoon, Williams shared a sweet Instagram video of her daughter’s “bath time” and wrote in the caption, “Pj is enjoying her bath time with mommy, grandma & great grandma & TitiLo.”

The clip showed baby PJ seemingly enjoying her bath in a newborn tub while Williams was heard in the background saying, “Awww, I’m loving bath time.”

The 37-year-old’s clip received over 1.3 million views and 18k comments from fans who gushed over the little one.

“Omg Porsha she’s perfect 😍.”

“Look at this baby doll 😊! She is so pretty. Lord…my ovaries are screaming right now.”

“She is so freaking cute I think I enjoyed that head rub and it’s not even my bath time or head! Lol, I’m so happy for you @porsha4real 👶.”

“Omg! So cute❤️,” her co-star Cynthia Bailey wrote, while Phaedra Parks added, “What a baby doll 😇😍.”

Williams and McKinley welcomed their baby girl on March 22 just a week before her due date.

She told People magazine in April, she was adjusting being a new mom, but was “just so happy.”

“[Pilar is] everything I ever wanted and I still can’t believe she’s here.”

The new mom admitted that her infant resembles her fiance, saying, “She might as well have been named Denisha because she looks like her dad. … She kind of looks like me from the profile but then on, she looks like her dad. Like a super-cute little chubby [version] of her dad.”

Nevertheless, baby PJ does seemingly have one thing in common with her mom and it’s Williams’ superstar personality.

“She’s a diva,” said the “RHOA” star. “Literally, on her one-month celebration is when I saw the most of her personality. When she wants her bottle, she wants it right then. And when she’s done, she’s done. She’s on her own time schedule. She runs our house, literally! We are all on PJ’s beckoning call.”

Still independent.

We hope this story was worth your time. For over 14 years, Atlanta Black Star has stayed Black-owned and independently run. We didn't get here by waiting on ad budgets that were never built to prioritize us. Our readers did that.

Corporate support for Black media has always been thin. Outlets like ours get roughly 1% of the $170 billion spent on U.S. advertising each year, and that margin is shrinking further as advertisers walk back the DEI-linked commitments they made in 2020. That's the backdrop. It's not why we're asking.

The wider picture isn't any steadier. Newspaper ad revenue has fallen more than 80% since 2005, and local newsrooms are closing at a rate of roughly two a week nationwide. When outlets go under, it's rarely the ones built to center a Black perspective from the ground up that get to stick around.

We know a request for support isn't why you came here. But without readers choosing to fund this work directly, the depth of reporting we can do at home and abroad shrinks along with everyone else's. If you're not in a position to give, that doesn't change how much we value you as a reader.

If you are able to, a recurring contribution does more for us than a single one-time gift, because it lets us plan the next investigation instead of just the next invoice. It takes about 30 seconds, no long form, no account. Thank you for continuing to support independent journalism and freedom of the press.
