“Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Stevie J. is finally speaking out against his ex-fiancée Joseline Hernandez, who’s been suggesting he’s a deadbeat dad.
Stevie J. and Hernandez have passively been going back-and-forth with each other on social media over their 2-year-old daughter Bonnie Bella. The 32-year-old mother claimed “the Hitman” was a neglectful father and hadn’t seen their daughter in over a year. She also posted a photo of their spending time with her boyfriend DJ Ballistics, saying her new boo was on daddy duties while fans questioned why Stevie J. wasn’t.
Well it seems the “Good Guy” is hitting back at his ex-lover, claiming she’s the reason he hasn’t been able to see their kid. He took to his Instagram Story on Sunday with a recording of himself and his oldest daughter Sade Jordan apparently heading back to Atlanta after seemingly trying to go pick up Bonnie Bella from Miami.
“We on our way back to Atlanta. We came to Miami to pick up somebody, but somebody had a long night of something and don’t want to meet us,” Stevie said, referring to Hernandez.
He goes on to say that this was the fifth time he’s tried to pick up his daughter, but Hernandez has not been letting him see her.
“This is the fifth time we’ve been here to pick up you-know-who, but we can’t get her. So I was trying to avoid the unnecessary, but the necessary has to occur.”
Several fans chimed in on the “LHHATL” father’s post, urging him to go take legal action against Hernandez.
“Take her to court! Me being a single mother I NEVER denied visitation rights thru the courts SO if he’s paying child support then go to court and see her the right way with no problem 💯😍.”
“Joseline still hurt smh I hate playing with kids I wish I had 2parents he has rights 2now I’m glad she’s still young she doesn’t understand what’s going on. Yeah Stevie go to the court for the child sake 😒.”
Other folks continue to blast Stevie for being an “Instagram daddy.”
“You can not pick and choose when to be a parent! It’s an everyday job sounds like you just dropped by and wanted to pick her up! Its messed up when a father isn’t in their child’s life 🤦🏽.”
“@joseline is not keeping that child from u You can’t come around when u feel like it!!! @mimifaust had the same issue it’s simple be consistent @hitmansteviej_1 and stop attention seeking on the Gram 😒.”
Stevie J. and Hernandez got into a custody fight months after the birth of their daughter in December 2016. However, the two finally reached an agreement in court where the “LHHATL” star agreed to pay his ex-fiancée $1000 per month for child support, TMZ reported. Stevie J. was also awarded joint custody of their daughter and Hernandez primary custody.
Since their custody battle, Hernandez has claimed Stevie has been a deadbeat father in their daughter’s life and that his wife, singer Faith Evans, pays the toddler’s child support.
Stevie never addressed Hernandez’s allegations until now, it seems.
