It seems as if Porsha Williams’ baby girl already has something in common with her fiancé Dennis McKinley’s ex-girlfriend.
As revealed on “Porsha’s Having a Baby” Sunday night, the name Williams came up with for their first child together — Pilar — is also one shared by a former flame of McKinley’s.
“We didn’t agree on that. … You decided on that,” McKinley said.
“I think Pilar Jhena’ McKinley is just beautiful!” Williams continued. “And it has a meaning, you said you wanted her name to have a meaning, which that name is basically just like Mother Mary.”
“I just would rather not name my daughter after an ex-girlfriend, ” McKinley replied, still not believing Pilar is a good idea for a name.
“Well, at least you won’t have to get her name removed,” Williams said with a laugh. “‘Cause I’m sure you got Pilar on you somewhere.”
“I actually don’t,” McKinley said.
In hearing the exchange, fans eagerly sounded off on the idea that Williams would name her firstborn after her fiancé’s ex.
“Hold up! Pilar is the name of Dennis’ exes?! That’s daring. #PorshasHavingaBaby”
“So Porsha named the baby after one of Dennis’ ex girlfriends??!! 🤷🏾♀️ #PorshasHavingABaby #RHOA.”

“Porsha don’t care if the baby has the same name as one of Dennis’ exes lol. She said ‘look on the bright side, you won’t have to get the tattoo removed, I know you got it tattooed somewhere.’ Then she proceeded to look at the tattoos on his arm. I screamed 🤣 #PorshasHavingABaby.”
It’s true that Pilar is not actually permanently etched on McKinley’s body. When asked about the name being inked on him during Williams’ appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” last week, host Andy Cohen addressed the issue of McKinley having his girlfriends’ names tattooed on him on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” last season.
“Now, he does he have an ex named Pilar, who is tattooed on his body?” Cohen asked.
“No, that name is not tattooed on him,” Williams answered, setting the record straight. “He just recently got a PJ tattoo.”
McKinley was willing to ink PJ on his body, which is the name he calls his baby girl — just as he said he would on “Porsha’s Having a Baby” before she was born. He also said he’d call her PJ on an Instagram Live stream Williams posted in April where she asked if her man liked Pilar’s name.
“Yes,” he quickly answered in the affirmative.
