‘Something’s Sizzling’: Porsha Williams Seemingly Hints that a Former Housewife May Be Returning Because of This

No casting decisions have officially been announced concerning “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” but a recent comment Porsha Williams made has fans thinking Kenya Moore might be making a triumphant return to the show.

Williams appeared on “The Breakfast Club” Tuesday and was asked about a rumor that production wants to start filming early for season 12 of the hit Bravo reality TV series.

“It could be because of Kenya,” Williams says after acknowledging her beef with Nene Leakes could be fueling the change in the timing of taping. “I don’t know … if she comes back. My baby’s brand new, and so everybody hasn’t met her yet so we gotta do a little sip ‘n’ see. When they start filming early something is sizzlin’. Something going on right now that cannot wait until July. So we gon’ see what that is. I don’t know.”

The curious mention of Moore, who was seen attending Williams’ baby shower on her “RHOA” spinoff special “Porsha’s Having a Baby,” had fans thinking the new mom may have slipped up by including her foe-turned-friend in the mix of season 12 chatter.

“So Kenya is a peach holder again 🙌🏾🙌🏾”

“She basically confirmed Kenya is back without actually saying she’s back. Thanks PWillie lol.”

“Porsha let the cat out of the box kenya is back now bring phae phae back.”

“I love me some Porsha! Suh spilled the tea that Kenya is coming back, but also that ‘something is sizzling’ gives me that Phaedra might be on the horizon too… Producers must be working overtime to make sure season 12 is iconic af.”

“Yaaaaassss Kenya. They be spilling so much 🤣🤣🤣🤣”

Moore famously exited the long-running series after season 10, which saw her keep then-new husband Marc Daly off the show until the final moments of the finale. The rumor is that production got upset that Moore was not openly sharing her life — including her 2017 St. Lucia nuptials with Daly — with production and that’s why she was given the boot.

When the Miss USA 1993 winner announced her exit last fall, she said, “I have decided to take this season off to focus on my high-risk pregnancy in a healthy and drama free environment. I thank Bravo for this amazing platform that has allowed me to grow, flourish and appreciate the value of what is truly important in life.”

Although Moore briefly came back onto the show during Cynthia Bailey’s Seagram’s Escapes event, there could be a few other non-Kenya-related reasons for production wanting to start filming sooner rather than later.

Leakes is preparing to open the newest location of Swagg Boutique at MGM National Harbor in Maryland May 18, and Bailey just opened her wine cellar in Atlanta. Plus, Eva Marcille just announced she’s 17 weeks pregnant with her third child.
