Teairra Mari Responds to Arrest Warrant Being Issued After She Fails To Appear For 50 Cent Court Hearing

A bench warrant reportedly has been issued for Teairra Mari after failing to appear for a hearing that’s related to the money she owes 50 Cent.

Mari sued 50 in May 2018 after he posted a sexually explicit screenshot that was taken from a video her ex-boyfriend Akbar Abdul-Ahad allegedly shared. But in January of this year, a judge dismissed the suit and said Mari had to pay the rapper $30,618 in legal fees.

50 has been demanding that money ever since and taunting Mari, who’s given it right back to him. She also developed the catch phrase “I Ain’t Got It” in response, which she put on a T-shirt and made a song out of.

Earlier this year, 50 set up a hearing for April 22 in Los Angeles for the courts to go over Mari’s finances, and since the singer didn’t show she’ll be arrested if law enforcement gets to her.

On Monday, Mari responded to the warrant by posting a superimposed image of herself running from 50, who’s chasing her in a vehicle. The license plate on the car also has the words “#IAintGotIt.”

“👀 🏃🏾‍♀️💨 Yall F–k with the Album cover #IAintGotIt™️🤷🏽‍♀️ LINK IN MY BIO #albumcomingsoon#Wanted,” she captioned the image.

50 also posted two more messages since news of Mari’s arrest warrant surfaced.

In one he wrote “See the sh-t ain’t funny now, is it Funky.🤔you best be coming up with my money. I’m a need 75K now after they add all additional legal fees.🤨The Law is The Law.”

In the other post, the rapper told Mari he’s not in the mood to play and had a few words for those who told him to leave the singer alone.

“All you angry b—— on my page, get your me 2 asses outta here,” he wrote. “I’m different, now this girl thought she was gonna grab a bag of my money and got jammed up. What you want me to do ? The Law is, The Law. LOL”
