Keyshia Ka’Oir’s Topless Photo Leaves Social Media Stunned: ‘Omg!’

The Internet was in for a surprise this week after serial entrepreneur Keyshia Ka’Oir uploaded a daring image.

Ka’Oir who takes pride in stepping outside of the box, took her creativity to a whole other level with her rebranding of her Ka’Oir Cosmetics company. In early February, the star announced she was revamping her line with new packaging and visuals, but she didn’t go into much detail about the visuals.

However, fans were in for a rude awakening when the 35-year-old posted a topless picture of herself as part of her company’s apparent relaunch. She took to Instagram on Thursday with the image, writing in her caption, “Babe💫.”

Ka’Oir posed for the picture with her hands cupping both of her bare breasts, covering up her nipples, while wearing a wig hiding the upper portion of her face. She appeared to be modeling one of her red lipsticks from her makeup line, posing with her mouth gaped in a suggestive manner.

Fans were shocked, bombarding her post with over 2,200 comments.

“OMG!” one fan exclaimed, telling others, “Gather your thoughts. That’s all u have to do 💯.”

Another added, “Oh wow 😳 but wait 🗣”she don’t got no nippplllleeessssss!”

“Ooo stunning,” another person commented. “🤯 stepping into beauty work!?”

Other fans criticized the racy picture.

“Everything about this photo is fake. Not a good role model for young girls and females in general 🤦🏽‍♂️.”

“Girl you’re married we don’t need all this But But you’re cute and thangs 👀Sheesh!”

When Ka’Oir is wearing clothes, she likes for her wear to be up to par with her fashion taste. The wife of rapper Gucci Man, said she only sports high-end fashion brands and purposely stays in shape to fit into the pieces.

“I wanted to wear all the designers,” she told The Cut in February 2018. “I don’t want to be classified as this Black girl with this big ass. I just want to look good in whatever I put on and what makes me happy.”

Her brands of choice are Gucci, Fendi, Dior, Balenciaga, Chanel and many others. One fashion brand that the model absolutely refuses to wear is Fashion Nova. She never explained why, but it’s assumed that Ka’Oir prefers the finer things in life.

“I don’t wear no Fashion Nova. Go ahead and put that in your notes,” she told the news source, adding that she’s declined monetary offers from the company on several occasions to wear their brand.

Still independent.

We hope this story was worth your time. For over 14 years, Atlanta Black Star has stayed Black-owned and independently run. We didn't get here by waiting on ad budgets that were never built to prioritize us. Our readers did that.

Corporate support for Black media has always been thin. Outlets like ours get roughly 1% of the $170 billion spent on U.S. advertising each year, and that margin is shrinking further as advertisers walk back the DEI-linked commitments they made in 2020. That's the backdrop. It's not why we're asking.

The wider picture isn't any steadier. Newspaper ad revenue has fallen more than 80% since 2005, and local newsrooms are closing at a rate of roughly two a week nationwide. When outlets go under, it's rarely the ones built to center a Black perspective from the ground up that get to stick around.

We know a request for support isn't why you came here. But without readers choosing to fund this work directly, the depth of reporting we can do at home and abroad shrinks along with everyone else's. If you're not in a position to give, that doesn't change how much we value you as a reader.

If you are able to, a recurring contribution does more for us than a single one-time gift, because it lets us plan the next investigation instead of just the next invoice. It takes about 30 seconds, no long form, no account. Thank you for continuing to support independent journalism and freedom of the press.
