Blac Chyna may be facing a lawsuit for tens of thousands of dollars, but it doesn’t seem like she’s sweating it. In actuality it made the 30-year-old show off some of her material possessions.
TMZ reports that Chyna’s former landlord is claiming she owes
$48,546 for back rent and damages to property after she allegedly moved out five months prior to the lease ending.
The Washington native has been living in the Studio City, California, home since April 2017 and was supposed to be there until March of this year. But the landlord claims in a court filing she left the property this past November and has not paid rent since then.
The report says the landlord deducted a $25,000 security deposit Chyna paid from a total amount of $55,546 for five months’ rent owed, then added $18,000 for damage to the property. That’s because the property owner said the former reality star removed “fixtures and equipment.” She’s also being sued for legal fees, as well as interest.
So after everything was subtracted, then tallied again, Chyna is being sued for $48,546.
On Tuesday night, the 30-year-old seemingly responded to the news by showing off her many luxury vehicles, and she did it while strutting around in a purple fur coat.
Based on the caption, it seemed Chyna was bothered that some might’ve believed the lawsuit meant she’s having financial difficulty.
“Every one has eyes but only handfull of people See. #themarathoncontinues,” she wrote.
Then in the comments of that clip, some seemed to love that Chyna responded to the lawsuit with fancy cars and a fur.
“Ok Chyna we see u cuming threw,” wrote one of her supporters.
“Get it Chyna! You betta be un-fuggin-bothered!” another person wrote.
But others thought it didn’t make sense for the mother of two to flex so hard when she supposedly owes so much money.
“she not gonna be unbothered when she’s homeless😂,” one person commented.
“You flexing but u owe rent money,” someone else chimed in.
“Your rent is pass due 😂,” another wrote.
It’s possible that Chyna moved out of the Studio City home because she bought a $3 million house in Woodland Hills, California.
News of the purchase surfaced in October 2018, and the 7,054 square-foot home reportedly has six bedrooms, 6 1/2 bathrooms, as well as a guest house.
