The 34-year-old mother of two was taken back to Cobb County jail on March 14 after showing up to court intoxicated for her child abuse case according to TMZ. Lee whose real name is Atasha Chizaah Jefferson, appeared so inebriated that court officials ordered her to undergo drug and alcohol testing. Her blood alcohol concentration levels returned back more than twice the legal limit, a violation of her bond. As of March 22, she’s being held behind bars without bail.

Following her recent arrest, Lee has since released a statement, apologizing to her supporters, fans and family for destructible actions.

“I’ve been working really hard through my problems considering the challenges that’s been set before me since I’ve been home,” she wrote on Instagram March 21. ” I’ve done all that I can do on my own to shake my habits but I do realize that I need help and I am currently seeking treatment.”

Lee is currently facing 54 years behind bars after being indicted on multiple child abuse charges in January.

She allegedly was also dropped from “LHHATL” which she claims she quit.

On the VH1 series, Lee struggled with excessive drinking and was even prevented from filming due to her violent outbursts at one point. She also often downplayed her apparent struggles with alcohol and replied “no” when asked if she considered herself an alcoholic.

She did however say that drinking does help her “cope” with “a lot of things going on” in her life.

“I don’t really have support,” Lee told “LHHATL” producers during season 7. “To deal with the thoughts of my mom, not liking me, hating me and the stress that I’m going through with my brothers and sisters like how big my heart is and open to everybody– they don’t feel the same way about me so that kinda like hurts
