The 20-year-old, who has disavowed plastic surgery in the past, is all for showing off her naturally curvy frame on social media. She took to Instagram on March 19 with a photo of herself in athleisure wear, stunting for the ‘Gram. She sported a black-and-pink zip-front sweatshirt with black form-fitting leggings and a pink $790 Gucci fanny pack that accentuated her waist.
Carter captioned the image of herself — seemingly taken in front of the Tabernacle Atlanta, where she was to meet singer Ella Mai later on that day — with a heart.
“Girl done got thicka!” one person exclaimed. Damn I need what she’s eating 😍.”
“Thighs 🤦🏽♀️,” another commented. “I see you juice, keep me rolling juice 😩 most definitely body goals @colormenae ❤️.”
Someone else wrote underneath the star’s photo, “@colormenae you thicker than a damn snicker! We know who ain’t skipping leg day Thickiana 😍❤️.”
“What is the work out plan for them thighs?” one fan asked. “I’m tryna get yo type of Thick💕.”
Over the course of months, the reality actress managed to maintain her curvy shape. She told fans in October that she’d been working with personal trainer “I Am King of Fitness” to help with her fitness routine. The trainer is known for working with Kandi Burruss‘ daughter Riley Burruss, who dropped more than 50 pounds last summer with his help.
Carter said she decided to revamp her diet and seemingly increase her fitness, causing her to lose 10 pounds in five days, she said.
“I wanna thank my trainer @iamthekingoffitness for helping me through this fitness journey!” she wrote in an Instagram post. “I had discipline and I stuck with my diet! #NoDaysOff.”
Carter’s primary workout routine consist of intense boxing workouts, which helps with arms, legs, core, obliques and more. It’s also a good way for getting cardio in. Her routine also consisted of push sled, box jumps and more. It apparently has helped tone up her shapely physique.
