Evelyn Lozada’s Positive Body Post Takes a Turn, Fans Slam Her For Losing Too Much Weight: ‘Where Is Your Booty?’

Evelyn Lozada shook up the Internet when she shared a photo of herself on Tuesday wearing a white sheer outfit. She also addressed the topic of body image in the post.

“Join me and @prettylittlething in the body positivity movement!” she captioned the photo on Instagram. “Every girl should step out feeling like she can take on the world.”

Evelyn Lozada posted a new photo and some believe she lost too much weight.

Most people loved what the “Basketball Wives” star was wearing and had no problem letting her know about it.

“🔥❤️💯 yasss boo! Work! ❤️,” one person wrote.

“next time in Cali I want to wear an outfit like this 👌🏾😍😍,” someone else chimed in.

But there were some who thought the 43-year-old lost far too much weight, and they referenced her backside.

“What happened to your ass?” one person asked.

“Wayyy to skinny! Still pretty tho❤️” another person wrote.

There was also someone who said Lozazdo lost her derriere at a time when so many other celebrities are getting theirs enhanced, and the Kardashian name came up.

“Kardashian do everything to keep their booty, and you losng all yours,” that person wrote. “They love Black Booty, Puerto Rico Booty. you starting to look like The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hill Dryed Up. Too Skinny, Queen Comeback. Ms Lozada.”

But despite some people believing that Lozada lost her curves, the photo still received almost 30,000 likes in less than 24 hours. Plus, there were a few men who shot their shot at the single mom and didn’t think she was too skinny at all.

For example, there was one who said the reality star is their woman crush every day, not just on Wednesdays, another offered to father her child and someone else said Lozada is a master at paring sexiness with class.

She hasn’t responded to the chatter yet, but the comments about her appearance and weight loss keep coming in.

Still independent.

We hope this story was worth your time. For over 14 years, Atlanta Black Star has stayed Black-owned and independently run. We didn't get here by waiting on ad budgets that were never built to prioritize us. Our readers did that.

Corporate support for Black media has always been thin. Outlets like ours get roughly 1% of the $170 billion spent on U.S. advertising each year, and that margin is shrinking further as advertisers walk back the DEI-linked commitments they made in 2020. That's the backdrop. It's not why we're asking.

The wider picture isn't any steadier. Newspaper ad revenue has fallen more than 80% since 2005, and local newsrooms are closing at a rate of roughly two a week nationwide. When outlets go under, it's rarely the ones built to center a Black perspective from the ground up that get to stick around.

We know a request for support isn't why you came here. But without readers choosing to fund this work directly, the depth of reporting we can do at home and abroad shrinks along with everyone else's. If you're not in a position to give, that doesn't change how much we value you as a reader.

If you are able to, a recurring contribution does more for us than a single one-time gift, because it lets us plan the next investigation instead of just the next invoice. It takes about 30 seconds, no long form, no account. Thank you for continuing to support independent journalism and freedom of the press.
