K. Michelle‘s unexpected sexual proposal to Akbar-Abdul Ahad‘s wife during last night’s “Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood” reunion special had fans speculating if whether or not she and her doctor bae are still on good terms.
Folks already suspected that the “Love Em All” singer and Doctor Kastan Sims called it quits after her latest Instagram posts where she seemingly talks about being single. However, K. Michelle really incited the break-up rumors after she offered to satisfy Abdul-Ahad’s wife Sade Abdul-Ahad.
During the “LHHH” reunion, K. Michelle apologized to her former R&B rival Teairra Mari after their heated social media exchange in September. Mari felt betrayed by K. Michelle after she insinuated that the 32-year-old leaked her own and was trying to frame Akbar.

K. Michelle then apologized to Mari and said she had no intention on joining “Akbar’s team of hoes” but said that she was interested in licking Sade the “chocolate wife p—sy.”
The entire audience and cast-members were shocked at K. Michelle’s sexual proposal to Sade and fans wondered if the star was having relationship problems with Dr. Sims.
“What happened to the Dr. boo?” one fan asked. “She never mentions him.”
“I’m confused anit she engaged to a dentist,” said another person.
“Why you and the doctor called it out? Why ya’ll broke up?”
“You still with Dr Casten boo?”
In August, K. Michelle shut down fans who kept questioning her relationship with Sims and went on a full tirade.
“Let me teach ya’ll about me. I don’t mess with nobody, but if you f**k with me, you will wish you never ever knew a new me.” She then told critics to “get off the couch” and to “exercise something” besides their fingers.
“Issa marriage… I’m married… I don’t have to post my man,” said K. Michelle. She encouraged people to drink “positive juice” and stop being so nosy.
