Andy Cohen sent a congratulatory message to the former star of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” Kenya Moore for giving birth. But fans didn’t feel the post was genuine.
“CONGRATULATIONS @KenyaMoore! #Brooklyn #BabyTwirl #Mazel #RHOA,” Cohen tweeted Sunday, Nov. 4 after People magazine reported that Moore welcomed a baby girl with her husband Marc Daly.
The 5 lbs. and 12 oz. infant is named Brooklyn Doris Daly after the place where her parents fell in love and, as Moore told the magazine, “my grandmother who passed away last year and who raised me.”
But while fans have been congratulating Moore — who suffered from preeclampsia and had to give birth early — on her successful delivery, they also have been tearing into RHOA executive producer Cohen, who they blame for Moore getting booted from the show after season 10.
“@bravoandy is hella fake! Gtfo bring @thekenyamoore back!”
“Fake ass ANDY is cancelt since that thing w/ kim.”
“Bye ANDY!! you didn’t even let her on the show this season NOR are the housewives intros FINALLY updated like all the other housewives! Anywho Congrats Kenya much love 💕”
“Boy bye 🙄 Get Away from us with this mess and give her damn peach 🍑 back.”
“Boooooo Andy! You suck! And you suck 🧐”
“Were good love enjoy.”
“Bye Andy this ain’t gonna secure views for your premiere 😏. Now Kenya please send on baby Daly pics at 6:59 pm. With thanks.”
“I don’t find this sincere at all. And nene ass over here taking about pray for porsha the day of Kenya’s delivery. I have no issue with porsha really but nene knows damn well porsha is just fine. She just don’t want kenya to have no attention. 😒”
Moore was reported to be booted from RHOA in part because she kept her St. Lucia nuptials last year hidden away from Bravo cameras. She indicated it was her choice to leave the show, however, telling The Daily Dish last month she “decided to take this season off to focus on my high-risk pregnancy in a healthy and drama free environment.”
