Tami Roman may be a fan favorite on VH1’s “Basketball Wives” but it’s not clear that she’ll be back on the show’s next season.
During an Instagram Q&A Wednesday, Oct. 24, Roman responded to a fan question about whether or not she’d be back on the six-year-old reality series.
“Will you be on the next season of BBW?” the question read.
“No comment,” Roman responded.
The remark indicates that Roman may be rethinking staying on board the “Basketball Wives” train when the show comes back on the air for its eighth season sometime next year.
Over the summer, Roman made it clear she was not leaving the series despite booking lots of new gigs at the time, including the movie “Fall Girls” and her own spin-off series “Beverly Trill Billies.”
Back in July, fans thought such projects meant she’d have no time to continue on with “Basketball Wives.” When responding to a fan account that asked what they thought, many figured the sun had set on Roman’s time as a cast member.
“Nah. She got other things going on. Booked and Busy!”
“She got better opportunities now.”
“No, she’s got too much to do and she’s outgrown the show.”
“Hell no, she got her own show comin’ up don’t she?”
“No, she’s better off doing what she does now.”
“She got her own show with her family.”
However, Roman later put an end to the chatter herself.
“Let me address ALL of your tweets…whew you got a lot of time. Here goes, sick of me-ok, leaving show-nope, booked&busy-yup but I need All my checks I got bills. Have a wonderful day & rest your fingers 💋,” she tweeted over the summer.
