Tamar Braxton has pleaded with a judge to sign off on her divorce in lieu of Vincent Herbert, due to Herbert being uncooperative.
According to The Blast, Braxton’s estranged husband Herbert reportedly has not been showing up to court dates to progress the divorce. Braxton is asking for the judge to sign off in the event that they discover Herbert has been intentionally dragging his feet on signing the divorce papers.
The couple has been estranged for over seven months. Braxton officially served her former manager husband the divorce papers in September and gave him 30 days to respond.
The Braxton and the judge are legally able to determine child and spousal support without Herbert being present.
The “All the Way Home” singer has already gotten on with her new life. She is dating a mysterious man that she often talks about but never reveals. On Oct. 16, she tweeted about dancing to her favorite song and mentioned him. She said, “Soooooo the way I can twerk to ‘back in it up’!!!! Dis is a lucky NIGERIAN 😜.”
Fans were so happy about her new relationship, with one saying, “Yesssss I’m here for it 😜😜”
