NeNe Leakes is sleeping restlessly as her husband Gregg Leakes continued to recover from surgery.
“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star on Thursday posted a photo of herself lying wide awake in bed and propped up by pillows.
“My nights these days😳,” Leakes wrote in her Sept. 20 caption.

Fans have shared positive messages with the RHOA star in light of her post.
“Just close your pretty eyes and dream of good happy things.”
“Do your sleeping beauty thing God got the rest under control my love!”
“God is great…prayers and positive vibes on their way to you and the family for Gregs wellbeing xxx.”
And three of Leakes’ RHOA co-stars — Porsha Williams, Cynthia Bailey, and Eva Marcille — also sent well-wishes.
NeNe shared on Instagram Live Monday, Sept. 17, that Gregg would be undergoing a four-hour surgery, but she has not disclosed the reason for the procedure. Gregg had been diagnosed with cancer earlier this year, and he and his wife have been weighing whether to pursue an all-natural method of post-operative treatment.
The Swagg Boutique owner has been keeping fans updated on Gregg’s recovery, saying she believes he’ll spend the rest of the week in the hospital. While discussing how he was faring Wednesday, NeNe said Gregg, who was on a liquid diet, was hurting.
“Everybody’s calling asking how he’s doing,” she said on Instagram Live Sept. 19 as she sat in her husband’s hospital room. “He is OK. But he’s not, like, the best. Today is a hard day. He’s in a lot of pain. … Not a lot I can do. It’s not a lot the nurses can do other than give the pain medicine and he’s just gotta get through it.”
Still, NeNe has been getting lots of support along the way from two of her co-stars, specifically Bailey and Marlo Hampton. NeNe gave a special shoutout to the ladies for all their help during Gregg’s recovery.
