NeNe Leakes’s husband Gregg Leakes is undergoing another surgery, purportedly stemming from his cancer diagnosis earlier this year.
“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star revealed the development on Instagram Live Monday, Sept. 17.
“Back at the hospital. Hopefully doing our last surgery,” NeNe says in the video.
After Gregg checks in bright and early, he, NeNe and the couple’s son Brent, head to the pre-op room where Gregg gets hooked up to IVs. He was finally wheeled into the operating room about an hour later.
“My hunni is having what we hope and pray is his last surgery towards a full recovery today! It will be a long surgery so we are asking you to pray for the surgeon’s hands, pray for Gregg’s comfort please!” Leakes wrote in a post afterward asking for well-wishes for the four-hour sugery. “Prayers, strength, peace and kindness for myself, his children, family and friends during this time! Amen (come on pray warriors🙌🏾) Lord I tell ya, sometimes you never know what a person is going thru! I will update you all on IG.”
Leakes later told fans that she was going to try to go about her day while Gregg goes under the knife. Meanwhile, followers have been sharing messages of support for the RHOA star’s hubby.
