Tami Roman‘s latest “Bonnet Chronicles” Instagram post is all about Phaedra Parks‘ curious addition to WEtv’s “Braxton Family Values.”
“I woke up a little aggy this morning because I was reading the blogs and I saw a headline that said Phaedra Braxton and I got annoyed instantaneously!” Roman says in character. “‘Cause I’m like, how y’all gon’ call Phaedra [Parks] Phaedra Braxton when I’ve been an honorary Braxton for as long as I can remember. I got the ‘T’ name and everything. Tami Braxton, it just fits, it just works, it should have been me.
“But then I said, ‘B—-, read the article ’cause you don’t even know what’s goin’ on,” the “Basketball Wives” star continues. “So I’m reading the article and apparently Phaedra is now the newest cast member of ‘Braxton Family Values.’ Now, I like Phaedra. I think she is smart, beautiful, witty and she can read with the best of ’em, honey — but as a friend of the show. Because is Ms. Evelyn on there? Is Papa Braxton on it? Is Toni on it? ‘Cause I know that Tamar, Towanda and Trina ain’t on it. And I feel the same way I did about Xscape — I don’t want it if they all ain’t on it!
“I need all the motherf—ing Braxtons!” she concludes. “‘S,’ plural. Or it ain’t ‘Braxton Family Values!’ What you don’t get about that?”
News emerged this week that Parks, who formerly starred on Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” will join Traci Braxton for some episodes of BFV this season. That comes after all the rest of the Braxton sisters and their mother refused to shoot earlier this summer, putting the show on a forced hiatus.
