Rapper Lil Kim dropped a brand new video to her single “Nasty One” and fans are all over it!
The Brooklyn-bred rapper’s new track is the lead single off her long-awaited album that’s set for a November release. It’s been 13 years since Lil Kim released an album and based on her recent interview with Billboard, she was more concerned with perfection.
“Everything is a masterpiece to me; everything is a project I handle with delicacy and care,” she told the music publication. “I don’t care if my fans say I take a little bit of time. I don’t wanna wait too long, because nobody’s gonna wait forever, but the bottom line is I don’t wanna give nobody no bullshit. Even if you didn’t like it, at least know I put my heart and soul into it. I didn’t just give you something to eat that I just bought from the store and put it in the microwave like you just said. I’m really cookin’.”
The wait is finally over and after posting a snippet of the autotuned track on Instagram, Lil Kim’s fans sounded off.

New music offers a much-needed distraction for the “Crush On You” rapper who’s been battling in bankruptcy court to keep her home. “I remain committed to saving my home and reorganizing my debts,” she told Gossip at the time.
