Porsha Williams has some advice for those looking for their lives to turn around as she continues to get comfortable showing her boyfriend off to the world. “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star on Thursday posted an inspirational message on Instagram essentially telling fans to put the work in to make changes happen.
“Your entire life can really change in a year… you just gotta love yourself enough to know you deserve more, be brave enough to demand more and be disciplined enough to actually work for more,” the post read.
And it was definitely a memo Williams herself could get into as she co-signed, “Man…big facts!”
Fans swiftly attached themselves to the inspiring post.
“That message in the post speaks volumes.”
“Never feel bad for demanding. Especially as Black women. know yourself, know your worth 🙌🏿”
“Preach princess Porsha!”
“Needed this sis!”
“Soo true! Mine definitely has. Shoutout to those who are working hard to make it happen!”
Williams’ upbeat turn might have something to do with how her own life has changed in a year. After going from being single to looking for love on Fox’s “Love Connection,” Williams confessed she finally found her mate when she completely stopped looking.
“It’s always when you’re not looking anymore,” Williams said “Dish Nation” back in June. “It’s when you go ahead and give up … I stopped looking and he arrived.
“I gave up, honey, and bought cats online,” she added. “They on the way, Ima have to cancel the order. I was ready to just let it go!”
That man was finally revealed to be an Atlanta-based serial entrepreneur, Dennis McKinley. After hiding his face for the last several weeks, Williams finally gave her followers a clear look at her boo on Instagram Wednesday, July 25, posing with him on his birthday.
