If you thought the surprises from Stevie J and Fatih Evans’ wedding was over, take a load of what the music producer just did to his face.
“All I desire to hear in my world. #FaithReneeJordan,” the “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” star captioned an image of his new ink posted on Twitter Tuesday, July 24.
The tattoo, located right next to Stevie’s ear, features Evans’ initials FRJ, firmly solidifying the musical couple’s union.
Fans had mixed responses to the tat.
“That’s a cute gesture of showing your love for your newly wedded wife but the best gift u can is 100% loyalty. That will keep a smile on her face and a frown [from] the naysayers. #stayhappy #lhha.”
“I am loving it @hitmansteviej and @faithevans. Love wins.”
“Basically if you ain’t Faith then. He ain’t hearing you. I may be wrong.”
“Why does it look like that tattoo was done in the same cell they were gonna put him in for all that child support he owed?”
“SMH o gawd.”
Yet the producer’s former fiancé Joseline Hernandez didn’t think it was cute but a marketing ploy. “I love when they do a great marketing scheme. Makes me work my brain. Child Please 😏😏😏 Some record label made millions today😏😏😏😏😏
Fans reminded the “Run Me My Money” singer that she pulled the same marketing scheme. The LHHATL stars were in a romantic relationship for years and tried to convince their fans that they were legally married before having their daughter Bonnie Bella and dropping new music. Hernandez finally admitted their marriage was fake in her paternity and child support petition.
One fan wrote “I love you sis and i support you your music and the TV shows you on, but didin’t you ull the same “marketing scheme” for #LHHATL i can recall you even saying you had your marriage license and what not too sis.”
Stevie and Faith wed in a Las Vegas hotel room last week and filed for a marriage license in Clark County, TMZ reported.
Stevie revealed the news on Twitter Wednesday, July 18 saying, “I love you Faith Renee Jordan.” His wife replied similarly writing, “I love you back Steven Aaron Jordan.”
Despite the shocked response from fans, the pair’s marriage shouldn’t come as such a surprise. They’ve known each other for decades, having come up together at Diddy’s Bad Boy Entertainment in the 1990s. And they dated in 2016 before breaking up but continued to remain good friends.
However, the friendship has since blossomed into something more as evidenced by their steamy new collaboration, “A Minute.” The video for the song features Evans in lingerie lounging in bed and then caressing a shirtless Stevie in the kitchen.
