The woman accusing Usher of knowingly infecting her with herpes has filed new documents in court last week.

Laura Helm has previously sued the “No Limit” singer for fraud, battery and infliction of emotional distress.

“Plaintiff suffers mentally and emotionally from the humiliation and stigma attached to a single woman infected with the incurable Herpes SV2,” the May filing said.

Now, according to documents obtained by Bossip Thursday, July 19, Helm is demanding the star stops victim blaming her and “playing legal games to get her case dismissed,” the site said.

She said the singer has refused to take ownership of infecting her with Herpes Simplex 2 and falsely blamed her while claiming he didn’t have to inform her about his status with the STI.

“To put it bluntly, defendant is more egotistically interested in his own sexual satisfaction, rather than having any concern about the consequences he can, will and did inflict on others,” the plaintiff says in the recent filing. “The entirety of arguments defendant makes in his motion to dismiss are shallow attempts to divert responsibility away from defendant and lay all the blame upon plaintiff.”

Last month, Usher filed to have Helm’s case tossed, saying Helm did not prove that he infected her with the treatable but incurable infection and that she assumed the risks of infection when she had “unprotected, casual consensual sex” with the performer twice in 2017.

But Helm says that claim isn’t valid since Georgia law says someone must know actual danger is present before accepting the risks.

Additionally, she said the move is just a way to put off her case and prohibit her from getting evidence that would prove Usher did give her herpes. She also pointed out there’s nowhere in his filing that supports him being herpes negative — and she says that’s telling.

Helm is asking for the judge to deny Usher’s motion to dismiss the case and wants Usher to be forced by the courts to submit to her requests for evidence collection.
