“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore is having mixed emotions about how her pregnancy is affecting her body.
Moore, who announced she’s expecting her first child with husband Marc Daly at the season 10 reunion, posted on Instagram Wednesday, July 11 remarking on how it’s not just her belly that’s growing.
“Current bra size THIS WEEK,” the former Miss USA winner posted on her IG Story accompanied by the emoji, 🙅🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️😏😏😫😫😫😩.
She’s currently up to a size 38DDD.
The RHOA star has been basking in her pregnancy when she’s not fighting rumors of faking it.
She was forced to confront the rumors beginning in May when she posted the following on Instagram.
“#FAKENEWS @bet @celebrity_insider_org @theinquisitr shame on you for constantly regurgitating the slanderous fake news from #radaronline,” Moore said. “Fake Husband, Fake Pregnancy, Fake Boyfriends, Fake Storyline, Fired, Fake Divorce. At least be effing original with your hateful lies. I’m used to you all making up stories to get clicks off my name but LEAVE MY FAMILY ALONE.”
Still, the talk of Moore not actually being pregnant didn’t cease.
The former music video star posted her first ultrasound appointment in June but even footage of the monitor didn’t shut up naysayers. Then, a photo putting her baby bump on display still didn’t convince haters she was actually expecting a child. Afterward, Moore, who has been keeping fit during her pregnancy, posted a photo on a treadmill with her bare bump exposed.
That seemed to put some skepticism at bay, but then, Negative Nancys still crept up in the comments section when Moore’s RHOA co-star Kandi Burruss ran into her at the airport and put her hand on Moore’s belly.
Ahead of all the pregnancy craziness, however, the 47-year-old mom-to-be shared with People magazine how excited she and her family are for the new arrival.
“[Marc is] thrilled! He’s just so happy,” Moore shared of her husband. “He gave me a big hug and a kiss and then he started to just kind of make jokes. That’s just his personality. He’s a fun-loving, happy person.”
“Everyone is excited,” she added of the rest of her family. “My dad is so happy. And two of my aunts told me they envisioned that I was going to be with child before I confirmed it! Everyone in my life, they tell me I’m a nurturing person and going to be the most awesome mother. They see something in me that they know that’s going to be true.”
