Kandi Burruss has become fast friends with Kenya Moore over the years and she didn’t hesitate to defend Moore when a fan got nasty with the pregnant “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star.
When Burruss posted a photo of the duo at LaGuardia Airport Wednesday with the singer’s hand gracing her pal’s baby bump, one fan expressed doubt that Moore was genuinely pregnant.
“I still don’t believe it, sorry not sorry,” wrote @she_so_majestic. “And don’t block me either but I said what I said 🤷🏽♀️.”
“@she_so_majestic I should Block your ass. Just wish her well. Leave that negative energy off my page,” Burruss fired back.
Fans immediately applauded the “Fly Above” singer and backed up the notion of blocking the user.
“@kandi block her on GP.”
“Go Kandi!! She wouldn’t believe the sky was blue!!😂😂.”
“You should block her @kandi. People can never be just happy for a person.”
“Yes, Kandi block whoever u need to! I had to get into someone’s ass yesterday for leaving negative comments on your page.”
“@kandi 🤣😂😂 this is why I love Kandi. You let people have it.”
“@kandi block all negativity. Don’t even it let the negativity be a factor towards your energy. Have an awesome day!”
But apparently, @she_so_majestic isn’t alone in thinking Moore isn’t actually pregnant. Others expressed disbelief, too.
“Show the stomach and I will believe it.”
“Take that pillow from her!! We all know she’s a liar… I need to [see] the actual birth to believe it!! #Wedon’tbelieveYou #YouneedmorePpl.”
This isn’t the first time Moore has encountered accusations of faking her pregnancy. She began shutting down that claim in May, demanding gossip websites leave her family alone.
“#FAKENEWS @bet @celebrity_insider_org @theinquisitr shame on you for constantly regurgitating the slanderous fake news from #radaronline,” Moore said at the time. “Fake Husband, Fake Pregnancy, Fake Boyfriends, Fake Storyline, Fired, Fake Divorce. At least be effing original with your hateful lies. I’m used to you all making up stories to get clicks off my name but LEAVE MY FAMILY ALONE.”
Using evidence, Moore started putting those comments to rest earlier this month when she shared a video of her getting an ultrasound. However, doubters remained rampant – even after Moore posted a photo of her posing with a baby bump. It wasn’t until she had an image of her bare belly that more talk of feigning a pregnancy died down.
