K. Michelle Reveals New Look After Illegal Butt Injections Removed On ‘Dr. Oz’ Show

Singer K. Michelle has made good on her promise to remove her illegal butt injections. And in true reality show star fashion, the “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” star allowed “The Dr. Oz Show” to film the graphic details of the surgery on daytime television.

“It’s like you always have this intuition when you know you might want to ignore it but I couldn’t ignore it anymore, and it just wasn’t worth it to me,” she explained on Tuesday, Feb. 27 edition of the show, according to Page Six.

She added that she “wanted to get back to Kimberly. I wanted to get back to the person that my mother gave birth to.”

Michelle got the injections four or five years ago and told Dr. Michael Niccole she had them done in Atlanta simply because she “just wanted a bigger butt.” But she started to have pain and discomfort on the left side of her buttocks, which she disclosed on Instagram in December.

“I didn’t start to feel any pain or have any issues until like a year ago and my health just started to decline,” K. Michelle told Dr. Oz. “I had seen some stories of a lot of women who were going through the same thing and it was like discoloration, it was pain in your back, it was migraines, it was super discomfort.”

It turns out the singer’s pain stemmed from the pellets formed inside her rear end that had expanded over time. During surgery, doctors removed most of the foreign bodies that stemmed from the illegal injections by sucking them out along with her fat, returning the star’s butt to a more natural shape.

“I have to say thank you,” Michelle said to Dr. Niccole, who removed 40 percent of the injections. “Because you’ve been so caring and loving … and you really took the time out to make sure that it was OK.”
