Tyler Cornell, a 20-year-old actor who has appeared on the Disney Channel, has filed a sexual assault report against a Hollywood agent. Cornell made the report against former APA scout Tyler Grasham Friday, Oct. 27, according to Deadline.

“We did take a crime report against Tyler Grasham,” a Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson told the trade publication Sunday, Oct. 29. “It was a sodomy crime report.”

The assault against Cornell, who has appeared on Disney’s “Bizaardvark” and the Funny Or Die series, “Tales of Titans,” occurred earlier this year, the LAPD told The Hollywood Reporter. A spokesperson added that an investigation is underway and because of the nature of the assault, “we have no further information to release.”

“APA takes these allegations extremely seriously and is investigating this matter,” an agency spokesman told the Deadline. It has hired attorney Matthias Wagener to review the incident. In a statement obtained by the Los Angeles Times Monday, Oct. 30, the agency said it “will fully cooperate with any and all investigations conducted by the authorities as they proceed.”

Cornell’s case marks the fifth accusation against Grasham, who specialized in youth talent. His first accuser, actor Lucas Ozaroski, detailed a story about the agent giving him alcohol and making an unwanted advance. The next day, on Oct. 20, APA fired Grasham and other men in the industry have since gone public with their experiences.

“Stranger Things” actor Finn Wolfhard left APA shortly before Grasham’s termination.
