In the hours after “Martin” star Tommy Ford’s family removed him from life support, many celebrities were left in mourning.

The actor’s wife admitted him to an Atlanta hospital after an aneurysm ruptured in his abdomen. Following Ford’s death, his friends, former co-stars and other entertainers gave their condolences online Wednesday.

Martin Lawrence, who played the titular character on the Fox sitcom, tweeted a tribute to Ford in the hours following his death.

“You brought a lot of love to the world and you’ll be greatly missed,” he wrote.

With a heavy heart, actress Vivica A. Fox gave her “deepest sympathies” to her late friend’s family.

Rapper LL Cool J kept Ford’s family and friends in his thoughts. He tweeted the world will “greatly miss all the joy and laughter” the actor brought to it.

Comedienne/actress Jackée Harry also gave her condolences.

“May he rest in power,” she tweeted.

Former NFL offensive tackle George Foster pointed out Ford’s community work, calling him a “good dude.”

Meanwhile, Bill Bellamy wrote he “lost my brother” as well as his “Who’s Got Jokes?” cast member.

“I just want the fans to pray for all of our families,” he said in part. “This has been a tough month on us all.”

While celebrities continue to pay tribute to Ford, his other “Martin” co-stars Tisha Campbell-Martin and Tichina Arnold have not mourned on social media after their castmate’s death. However, they did urge fans to pray for Ford while he was on life support.

Arnold posted an image imploring her followers about the power of prayer.

And Campbell-Martin wanted followers to take a moment to give positive thoughts to the actor. She also gave love to her “Martin” castmates.
