In an Aug. 19 interview with “The Breakfast Club” morning show, comedian Aries Spears discussed his current struggles with child support.
Spears believes child support benefits should be based on what is needed, not the father’s income.
“The way the women and the courts rape men financially is ridiculous,” he says. “Until men start banding together — to say enough is enough and rewrite the laws — it is going to continue. A kid should get what is necessary, not what is entitled based on how much you make.”
Host Charlamagne Tha God thought the comedian paid $5,000 a month, but Spears says he pays far more than that.
“I got three but two [of the children] is where I pay the support.”
