Sherri Shepherd’s Divorce Battle with Lamar Sally Gets Bizarre

The View co-host Sherri Shepherd’s divorce battle with Lamar Sally is hitting some strange roadblocks as Lamar has requested that court documents be sealed to avoid a kidnapping, and has denied allegations of a prenup amendment that details how Sherri should behave during their marriage.

In the midst of battling it out for primary custody of their unborn baby, Lamar now says he has concerns that neither he nor Sherri will have custody of the baby.

Sources tell TMZ that Lamar fears all the media attention around the divorce could put a target on their unborn baby boy and encourage someone to attempt to kidnap him when he is born.

In the legal documents, Lamar claimed that continued media coverage of the divorce proceedings could “expose our son to criminals who might target our child for financial gain.”

He is now requesting that the judge immediately seal all documents to avoid putting his unborn son in harm’s way.

Needless to say, it is very unlikely that the child will face any danger.

Nobody knows when and where the surrogate is supposed to give birth, nor do many people know who the surrogate is.

It is possible that Lamar has ulterior motives for wanting the court documents sealed as the request came only a few days after his alleged prenup amendment hit the Web.

While he has denied ever asking for an amendment to their prenup, TMZ claims to have a copy of the amendment, which has some pretty bizarre requests.

According to the document posted by TMZ, the amendment required Sherri to “always speak well” of her husband, “look for specific ways to compliment his fine character and behavior,” “enjoy having sex” and to always “crave intimacy with him.”

Unfortunately, the alleged amendment doesn’t stop there.

One line of the document was written in all caps and reads: “MY BODY IS IMPORTANT TO ME. I STRIVE TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BODY AND EXERCISE AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK.”

Other excerpts from the alleged amendment require Sherri to always look for fun things to do with her husband, not to take life too seriously, love laughing, keep the home in order, and remain “intensely sexual.”

Sources say Sherri denied the amendment.

According to Lamar, reports of the amendment are all false.

He says he never asked Sherri to sign an amendment and would never make those requests.

The problem is that TMZ  doesn’t allegedly have the only copy  of the document.

Sherri’s legal team also claims to have copies of the denied amendment.
