Evelyn Lozada, the reality TV starlet of Basketball Wives, revealed over the Thanksgiving holiday that she’s six-months pregnant with her second child in nearly 20 years.
Lozada told People magazine: “I am so excited to announce a wonderful blessing—I’m pregnant! I’m excited about being a mommy all over again. This is something I’ve been wanting for years and I can’t believe it’s finally happening.”
Now that the pregnancy has been made public, Lozada is sharing photos of her huge baby bump while on vacation in Maui with her 20-year-old daughter, Shaniece, who also shared a photo of two strolling on the beach in Maui. She posted with the photo: “You deserve everything that GOD sends your way. I am so excited to meet my new sibling! #youjustkeepwinning #babyswag #JOY @evelynlozada”
While Lozada managed to keep her pregnancy under wraps for six months, rumors about the child’s identity is heating up. The latest report alleges Lozada has been dating Los Angeles Dodgers baseball player Carl Crawford.
Several months ago, Lozada was spotted with the young and accomplished baseball player in New York. But her reps denied the two were dating. On Twitter however, Lozada’s ex-husband Chad Johnson received word from a friend that he too had spotted Lozada and Crawford together.
Neither party has denied or confirmed the reports.
