Drake and Future have reportedly been at odds this week, but now they have seemingly come to a resolution. The two were scheduled to go on the road for the tour, Who Would Like A Tour? which also features Miguel. However, Drake reportedly dropped Future from the tour after he made some disparaging comments about Drake’s “Nothing Was The Album.” Future subsequently sued Drake for $1.5 million in lost wages. Now the two have seemingly worked out their differences, and are scheduled to go on tour starting this Friday. According to huffingtonpost.com:
“With the government shutdown now over, citizens of this weary nation can turn their eyes toward the week’s other big dust-up: Drake versus Future. According to Hot 107.9, the rappers have apparently buried their differences and will tour together. ‘Papers are signed, time to get that money again,’ Hot 107.9 disc jockey Beestroh said while announcing the news.'”
Future has also released a statement to vibe.com corroborating the story. The Atlanta rapper states:
“I am set to continue as planned with Drake and Miguel on the Would You Like A Tour? tour slated to begin on October 18th in Pittsburgh, PA. I’m looking forward to hitting the road this fall. Love4Life Honest.”
There was no official word from Drake’s camp at the time of this post, but the tour is scheduled to start in Pittsburgh this Friday, so it’ll be known if everything is kosher fairly soon.
