Michael B. Jordan finally sheds some light on all the rumors circling his involvement in three high profile films in the works.
In a interview with The Associated Press, the young actor confirmed that he’s gunning for roles in director Josh Trank’s “Fantastic Four,” Roland Emmerich’s “Independence Day 2” and J.J. Abrams’ “Star Wars: Episode VII.”
He added that he recently auditioned for a role in “Star Wars” that the studio wants to keep under wraps.
“I mean, everybody’s going in on this project,” Jordan says. “They’re trying to figure out what they want. That’s another incredible franchise. It’s pretty crazy! …We’ll see how it happens. I don’t know how I can do everything.”
He did hint at not having to demonstrate his use of a lightsaber in the audition.
Though nothing is final for the films yet, Jordan remains optimistic about them all, “if that came true, that would be cool,” Jordan said referring to Trank’s Fantastic Four. “Definitely interested in the project.”
Up next for Jordan, is the upcoming Rocky spinoff “Creed,” where he will be playing the son of Rocky character, Apollo Creed.
