Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have yet to publicly announce the name of their baby girl, but it seems a nurse at the Los Angeles Cedars Sinai hospital may have accidentally revealed it to the press.
The rumor mill went into over time when Kimye welcomed their baby into the world and everyone rushed to guess what the name would be.
When the domain name KlementineStarWest.com was registered shortly after Kim gave birth, some people were convinced that Klementine Star would indeed be the baby’s name.
Needless to say, that doesn’t seem very likely at all and it’s a far shot from the baby’s name that the nurse supposedly dropped.
According to the nurse, who may have single-handedly ruined Kris Jenner’s plans to reveal the baby’s name herself on her new talk show, Kimye’s baby will go by the name Kaidence Georgia Donda West.
The name is a perfectly plausible option because both of the middle names are in honor of Kim and Kanye’s deceased parents.
Donda is the name of Kanye West’s late mom, and Georgia is a feminized version of Kim’s late father’s middle name, George.
The name selection still has not been confirmed by any of the family members and one insider claims that the family has already made some edits.
Instead of going by Kaidence, the name may be shortened to just Kai and it seems the couple may also be dropping Georgia as a middle name all together.
That would leave us with Kai Donda West, which is actually a perfectly reasonable baby’s name compared with what we were all expecting a few months ago – remember when the name North came up as an option?
Anyway, it is important to note that while there is a good chance that this is indeed the baby’s name that Kim and Kanye picked, it has not been confirmed by any of the Kardashian Klan.
In fact, talk show host Ellen DeGeneres introduced another possibility for the girl’s name.
“@KimKardashian and @Kanye West had a baby girl!” the comedian tweeted on June 17. “Reports are saying her name starts with the letter K. I’m hoping for Kellen.”
Meanwhile, West is still just hoping he can raise his baby privately.
“Like, this is my baby,” Kanye said. “This isn’t America’s baby.”
That also means that Kris may have to duke it out with Yeezy, or should I say Yeezus, to get permission for her new granddaughter to appear on her upcoming talk show.
Quite frankly, it seems like the mother of the Kardashian Klan has already exploited the lives of her own children enough. She needs to let Kimye decide on how private or public their baby’s life will be.
