Jessica Simpson and Tamera Mowry-Housley were more than excited to celebrate their babies, and celebrating by taking tons of adorable baby pics.
Jessica Simpson was busy snapping away for baby Maxwell’s first Turkey Day, and even made her fiancé Eric Johnson get in on the pictures.
One of the Thanksgiving pics featured the former NFL player in a rather unmanly (but adorable) baby carrier strapped across his chest. Luckily the added baseball cap and dark shades still made Johnson look as cool as ever.
The almost 7-month-old Thanksgiving model is definitely on the road to being just as cool as her father, as rocked an adorable Thanksgiving ensemble while striking a pose that would be fit for Teen Vogue – all she had to do now is do it standing up.
For now, however, cute little Maxwell gave a cute (and probably accidental) look over the shoulder pose while she flaunted a fur lined red jacket, gray pants, and some sassy cheetah booties. A little white bow in Maxwell’s hair completed the look as she stole the shine even from her celebrity pop.
Her first Thanksgiving outfit was proof that having a fashion designer for a mommy is definitely something to be thankful for, and that same fashion designing mom took to Twitter to share how thankful she was for her bundle of joy.
“I am so grateful for my new lil family,” Simpson tweeted. “Happy Thanksgiving everyone!”
The new mommy didn’t mention it in the tweet, but we’re sure she’s also thankful to have already lost all her baby weight from carrying daughter Maxwell in the first place.
Although the now 60-pounds- lighter mom seemed very family oriented on Thanksgiving, she decided to opt out on her nephew’s birthday party recently.
Ashlee Simpson’s son, Bronx, was celebrating his fourth birthday but his auntie was nowhere to be found.
Perhaps the Fashion Star panelist wasn’t ready for the family gathering after her parents revealed that they are heading for divorce.
Well Simpson and her fiancé weren’t the only new celeb parents celebrating their baby’s first Turkey Day. Tamera Mowry Housley and her husband Adam Housley welcomed their “butter ball” just in time for Thanksgiving.
Their son, Aden John Tanner Housley, looked simply adorable and the “Tia & Tamera” reality star couldn’t help but share a snapshot of her baby boy in his turkey outfit.
“I’m thankful for my lil butter ball turkey,” the new mom tweeted on Thanksgiving Day. “HAPPY THANKSGIVING !!! Xoxo.”
Aden was born on November 12, just a little more than a week away from the food and family oriented holiday.
“Our hearts are overflowing with love,” Tia’s twin sister said after Aden’s birth. “Thank you to everyone for your love and support. It means so much to our family.”
