Newly-single Bad Boys star Martin Lawrence is moving on—and apparently out—after the break-up of his 17-year relationship with soon-to-be ex-wife Shamicka. The comedian has put his Beverly Hills mansion up for rent—for a whopping $200,000 per month.
The sprawling, 13,900 square-foot home, which sits on 2.2 acres of land and boasts seven bedrooms, nine-and-a-half baths, a movie theater replete with a concession stand, and a huge pool surrounded by a spa and cabana, is the property on which Lawrence married Shamicka. The couple, parents to daughters Amara and Iyana, dated for 15 years before getting hitched in July 2010.
Last month, the 47-year-old comedian and his wife announced their “joint decision to part ways,” and vowed to, “out of love and respect for one another,” raise their daughters together.
So what else will $200,000 per month get you if you rent funny man Lawrence’s French contemporary estate? A grand marble entry with Salvatore Pollizzi stained glass skylights, a master bedroom suite with a his-and-hers bathroom, two separate staff quarters a four-bedroom guest suite, a sunken tennis court and enough parking for all your fancy cars.
