The media named, Halle Berry Stalker, finally gets his day in court.
According to court records, Richard Franco, the man accused of stalking Berry, trial will start on Jan. 19.
Back in October, Franco pleaded not guilty to felony burglary and stalking charges. He was arrested in July after being caught by the actress’ private security guards sneaking onto her Hollywood Hills property three different times in three days.
Berry was granted a restraining order against Franco, prohibiting him from coming within 100 yards of her, her family and her home for the next three years.
The alleged creeper has been locked up since his arrest and face up to six years if he is convicted.
