A seemingly innocuous Instagram post “Basketball Wives” star Jennifer Williams made two days ago has fans chatting about a message that one of her accessories could be sending.
“Netflix. Chill. Cuddle but yeah not tonight 😜,” Williams captioned the Saturday, July 14 Instagram post.
While the reality star looked fit and relaxed in a sparkly silver crop top and jeans, fans were quick to notice she had a studded snake earring prominently on display.
“Those earrings 😍 🐍.”

While some fans interpreted Williams’ choice of jewelry as her keeping an eye out for enemies, others saw it as her embracing her villain role on the VH1 series.
Williams was part of a scandal involving Shaunie O’Neal’s ex after Williams claimed Tami Roman asked her if Evelyn Lozada slept with O’Neal’s former flame. Things went left during a retreat and Roman insisted Williams brought up the rumor as Lozada vehemently denied she would do such a thing to O’Neal.
“I would never do that s— to you,” Lozada said, swearing on her children that she didn’t do that deed.
Roman later had a one-on-one sit down with the “Basketball Wives” executive producer, where she showed her a group text thread where Williams purportedly said of Lozada and the rumor, “Gotta nail her ass to the cross with this. With no resurrection.”
And although Williams has since apologized to O’Neal, she told pals during the last “Basketball Wives” episode that she chooses “not to be around all that lying and bad energy and all that that she brings in my space.”
