Reginae Carter is taking fans’ breath away by how much she resembles her mother Toya Johnson. On Wednesday, Feb. 17, she uploaded two photos that show her wearing an orange two-piece Savage X Fenty lingerie set. The spicy set not only had some floral see-through parts to it in the bra, but there were also some cut-out parts in the hips and butt region.
She kept it soft with the makeup and let her body do the talking for the image. She wore a brown lipstick that nearly resembled the color of her skin, lashes and a small amount of blush. In the first photo, she placed her hand gently on her face, while putting the other two on her knees.
Using H.E.R’s lyrics from her song “Damage,” Reginae wrote, “if you got it, it aint no question.”
Fans were blown away by the simple yet beautiful photo and let the 22-year-old know in the comments.
“Dis da one!!!😍😍,” said one person, while someone said she looked “so prettyyyy😍😍😍.”
Other friends were distracted by how much Reginae looked like her mom in the face.
One person wrote, “Aww baby you look exactly like Toya on here,” and another said, “Ok Lil Toya.”
The pictures generated over 200,000 likes and 2,000 comments. Reginae has been posting up a lot of lingerie photos lately since becoming a Savage X Fenty ambassador. She revealed in a BET interview last year that shortly after messaging Rihanna about coming to a Diamond’s Ball, she was contacted about being an ambassador.
The singer-actress revealed that when she first began taking pictures, she was not interested in wearing anything explicit and wanted to play it safe by wearing more clothes that cover her up. She said, “When I first started out I wasn’t really the type to show thongs [and be] sexy and stuff. When I was picking out my options, I was trying to get PJs — but Rihanna’s team was like, ‘No, send her sexy.’ ”
